Abstract

This research was aimed to determine how the influence of concentration (CR4), and labor productivity (PRT) on the value added (NT). The data used in this research are secondary data periods 1990 to 2011. The data were obtained Central Agency on Statistics of Indonesia using 5 digit of industrial classification system called International Strandard Industrial Classification (ISIC). This research used the technique qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression estimated with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that labor productivity has a positive effect on the value-added. At the same time the results showed that the concentration ratio has a negative effect on the value added of the flat and safety glass industry in Indonesia
