Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Describe the rubber trading channel formed in Gunung Raja Village, Lubai District, Muara Enim Regency (2) Analyze the efficiency of rubber trading in Gunung Raja Village, Lubai District, Muara Enim Regency and (3) Analyze the factors affecting the decision. farmers in choosing the rubber marketing channel. This research was conducted in Gunung Raja Village in February 2021 with 30 sample farmers selling bokar through village-level collectors and 30 farmers selling bokar through subdistrict-level collectors. The method used in this research is a survey method. The sampling method is a stratified random sampling method with proportional allocation. Quantitative data analysis was carried out by using tabulation method which was processed using excel program. Qualitative data is presented in descriptive form to support quantitative data. The data processing method also uses a binary logistic regression test to find the relationship between the binary response variable (y) and the predictor variable (x) and is followed by the Wald test. There are two marketing channels in Gunung Raja Village. The efficiency level of the village-level collector trader marketing agency is 18.50 percent and at the sub-district level trader collector agency is 18.55 percent. The marketing agency's average marketing margin is Rp. 2,150 / kg and the average profit margin is Rp. 251 / kg.
