Abstract

SUMMARY Conflict is an event that cannot be avoided by every individual, group, and interaction is one of the factors that causes conflict. Conflicts do not just arise, there are many factors that trigger conflicts of opinion, poor communication, personal interests, and differences of opinion. The research objective is to determine the occurrence of conflict, the factors that cause conflict, and how the conflict resolution process is. The data collection method used descriptive qualitative research. The process of data collection is carried out by interviewing research subjects who are related to the research problem. Data analysis used descriptive analysis by connecting data, comparing and interpreting data. The results showed that there are interests, roles of authority and power that create conflicts. The factors that cause conflicts can occur, namely differences in interests and data conflicts. There are two conflict resolution processes, namely litigation and non-litigation.
