Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaturan Hak Masyarakat Dalam Mendapatkan Kepastian Informasi Mengenai Orang Yang Suspect Covid-19’’. Pengaturan hak masyarakat dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, dalam implementasinya masyarakat banyak mengalami kendala dalam mengakses ataupun mendapatkan informasi terkhusus mengenai pandemi covid-19. Banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami bahwa informasi mengenai data orang yang suspect covid-19 merupakan ranah pribadi hal tersebut diatur dalam pasal 17 UU KIP yang menjelaskan bahwa setiap orang berhak atas rahasia kondisi kesehatan pribadinya yang telah dikemukakan kepada penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan dan setiap badan publik wajib membuka akses bagi setiap pemohon infromasi publik kecual mengenai riwayat, kondisi, perawatan, pengobatan serat psikis. Semua informasi tersebut boleh diberikan jika telah mendapatkan persetujuan oleh orang yang bersangkutan barulah informasi tersebut dapat diberikan. Proses dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi harus lah melalui tahapan seperti mengajukan permohonan kepada komisi informasi kemudian diproses dengan pertimbangan uji kepentingan publik namun apabila terdapat ketidakpuasan terhadap suatu informasi maka orang atapun masyrakat dapat mengajukan sengketa informasi ke badan public dengan tentunya melalui mekanisme yang telah ada.
