Abstract

PT. Golden Great Borneo is a coal mining company located in Prabumenang Village, Lahat Regency. There is an increase in the production target in 2021 to 2,500,000 tons / year and there is a change in the distance of transportation every month, therefore it is necessary to plan on the geometry of the road and the need for loading and unloading equipment. From the results of data processing and analysis, the geometry of haul road, tool productivity, equipment requirements plans and factors that affect tool productivity are obtained. The geometry of the haul road is based on the specifications of the largest conveyance equipment, namely Komatsu HD 465-7R and the width of the haul road in straight conditions is at least 18.9 meters and bends is at least 23.4 meters. The slope of the road is made a maximum of 8%. The cross slope is made of 0.37 meters. The productivity of the Hitachi Zaxis 470 LC-5G excavator is 215.54 tons/hour and the Hitachi Zaxis 870 LCH-5G Excavator is 415.29 bcm/hour. The productivity of the Nissan Quester CWE 370 transportation equipment in March was 46.42 tons/hour, April was 45.77 tons/hour, and May was 43.34 tons/hour and Komatsu HD 465-7R in March was 150.23 bcm /hour, April is 142.07 bcm/hour, and May is 135.42 bcm/hour. The number of digging tools from March to May is 3 units of the Hitachi Zaxis 470 LC-5G Excavator and 3 units of the Hitachi Zaxis 870 LCH-5G Excavator. The number of vehicles for the Nissan Quester CWE 370 in March was 14 units and in April and May as many as 15 units, while the Komatsu HD 465-7R in March and April were 9 units and in May as many as 10 units.
