Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the perception of usability, simplicity and security as well as confidentiality of the e-filing user on the personal taxpayers in the environment of Taxation Services Office Palembang. Independent variables on this study are the perception of usability, perception of simplicity, perception of security as well as confidentiality, while the dependent variable of this research is the use of e-filing. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of the research is a taxpayer of the personal user of e-filing which is registered in the office of Ilir Barat Tax Service in Palembang, from an e-filing user amounting to 78,878 samples amounting to 100 samples for disseminated questionnaire. The questionnaire was conducted data quality testing with the validity test and reliability test with the results that the questionnaire deserves to be disseminate. Based on the results of the analysis of this research shows that the perception of usability, simplicity and security as well as confidentiality has positive and significant effect on the use of e-filling.
