Abstract

Abstrak dalam penelitian ini yang beijudul pengaruh belanja modal terhadap penduduk miskin dan ketimpangan kabupaten/kota provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung tahun 2008-2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel, Pooled Least Square (PLS),Fixed Effect, Random Effect. Berdasarkan hasil regresi tersebut diketahui bahwa pengaruh belanja modal terhadap penduduk miskin berpengaruh posotif begitu pula pengaruh belanja modal terhadap ketimpangan berpengaruh positif. Untuk melihat metode yang digunakan menggunakan Hausman Test. Hasil Hausman Test yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara Fixed Effect dan Random Effect metode yang terbaik untuk digunakan dengan nilai Chi Square hausman adalah 0.63391 sedangkan nilai tabel x2 dengan tingkat keyakinan 95% adalah 0,7107, maka pendekatan yang digunaka dalam penelitian ini Fixed Effect karena hipotesis nol ditolak jika nilai statistik Hausman lebik besar dari nilai tabel yj. Kata kunci: Belanja Modal, Penduduk Miskin, Ketimpangan, Data Panel dan Hausman Test
