Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by problems that exist in the Adolescent Health Care Services Program in Pakjo Health Center, Palembang City. The aim of this study was to evaluate the Adolescent Health Care Services Program (PKPR) at the Pakjo Puskesmas in Palembang City and identify the obstacles faced in implementing the Youth Care Health Service Program in Pakjo Health Center, Palembang City. The theory used in this study is the theory of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) from Stufflebeam, while the research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation, analyzed by validity test using data triangulation. The results of this study found several problems related to human resources, facilities and infrastructure of the PKPR program, referral systems that were not yet in accordance with the standards, and program socialization that had not been maximized. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the evaluation of the Adolescent Health Care Services Program (PKPR) in the Pakjo Puskesmas in Palembang City is not good because it is not in accordance with the national standards of the the Adolescent Health Care Services Program (PKPR). Suggestions for the Pakjo Puskesmas Palembang City are expected to provide training to the PKPR service team, separate the PKPR room with the ASI room, must improve the referral system according to the standard, and the Pakjo Puskesmas in Palembang City must improve program socialization.
