Abstract

Pemilihan perusahaan sekuritas merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan investor dalam memulai investasi saham, perusahaan sekuritas memiliki tujuan sebagai perantara perdagangan saham antara investor dengan perusahaan yang sahamnya akan dibeli. Dan perusahaan sekuritas harus terrdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) serta diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Keterbatasan informasi yang dapat diterima oleh calon investor mengenai kriteria pemilihan perusahaan efek, menyebabkan calon investor mengalami kesulitan dalam membandingkan setiap perusahaan. Kriteria berikut digunakan untuk membandingkan setiap perusahaan sekuritas: biaya setoran awal, biaya transaksi, biaya rekomendasi saham, waktu proses pendaftaran, peringkat aplikasi pendukung, pendirian perusahaan, respons layanan pelanggan, dan fitur yang tersedia. Dan belum adanya sistem yang mendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan perusahaan efek ini. Untuk mempermudah calon investor memillih perusahaan sekuritas yang sesuai, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perusahaan sekuritas dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting yang merupakan sebuah metode penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif terhadap seluruh atribut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website yang menggunakan metode SAW dalam perhitungannya, yang dapat membantu dalam pemilihan perusahaan sekuritas yang diinginkan dan melihat informasi kriteria setiap perusahaan sekuritas.
