Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari konsentrasi terhadap efisiensi Industri Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dengan menggunakan data sekunder atau time series selama 4 tahun per triwulan, yaitu tahun 2010 hingga 2013. Data yang t diambil dari laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) adalah total aktiva (total assets), biaya operasional, dan pendapatan operasional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif deskriptif. Dengan meregresi variabel dependen (efisiensi) terhadap variabel independen (konsentrasi) menggunakan data panel. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa signifikansi CR4 menunjukkan 0,209 pada Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan 0,003 pada model Random Ejfect. Variabel coefficient CR4 pengaruh sebesar 0,007378 konsentrasi berpengaruh positifterhadap Efisiensi Industri Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Kota Palembang. Tingkat konsentrasi oligopoli menyebabkan perusahaanperusahaan mereka harus bekeija lebih baik. Pada CR meningkat, makin meningkat cenderung bekeija lebih efisien. Kata kunci: Konsentrasi, Efisiensi
