Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Disiplin (X), dan variabel terikat Kinerja (Y). Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini memakai sistem Sampling Jenuh atau sensus. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada semua pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Palembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Sederhana dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Kinerja Pegawai
