Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine how the influence of thirdparty funds and minimum reserve requirement on the landing at commercial bank in Indonesia. The variables of the study were the third-party fund (TPR), the minimum reserve requirement and the lending. The data used in this study were the time series data in the period of 1994-2013. The sources of the data were the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Of Indonesia. This study used a qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis with a multiple linier regression model estimated by the Ordinary Last Square (OLS) method. The result showed that the third-party funds and minimum reserve requirement had significant positive influence on the lending in Indonesia.
