Abstract

PT Adi Sejahtera is a mining company with andesite rock minerals. The company uses dump trucks and belt conveyors to help move andesite stones. Dump trucks are used as a means of moving andesite stone from the mining front to the hopper, while the belt conveyor is a transportation tool in the crushing plant unit. The storage of the results of the jaw crusher crushing is temporarily stored in the Stone Warehouse stockpile 1. PT Adi Sejahtera carries out processing of the primary crushing plant using a jaw crusher which has a production target of 125 m3/hour. The company has problems so that production targets are often not achieved. This is proven in December 2020 PT Adi Sejahtera did not achieve the target desired by the company, only 78.64% for dump truck transportation to the hopper and 69.35% for Stone Warehouse stockpile 1. This situation requires evaluation and analysis directly to the warehouse. field. The actual productivity for dump truck transportation is 32.77 LCM/hour. The working efficiency of the tool is very small at 48%. The compatibility of loading and transporting equipment is 1.13 where the conveyance will wait for other means of transportation. Efforts to increase production are carried out by increasing the work efficiency of tools on transportation equipment from the front to the stockpile of Gudang Batu 1 by 55%.
