Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Perkembangan Sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin Palembang Tahun 2002-2019. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian yang akan dibahas yaitu bagaimana Perkembangan Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin Palembang, bagaimana Perkembangan Sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin Palembang Tahun 2002-2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses Perkembangan Yayasan Ma’ had Izzuddin Palembang dan perkembangan sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin Tahun 2002-2019. Kemudian, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis melalui beberapa tahapan penelitian diantaranya adalah tahapan heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, historiografi. Tahap pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada wakil direktur sekolah Islam Terpadu Izzuddin beserta jajaran. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi dan Agama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin Palembang merupakan sekolah formal dengan nama Sekolah Islam Terpadu Izzuddin yang berdiri pada tahun 2002. Pada awalnya yang berdiri adalah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin pada tahun 1999. Kemudian, sekolah Islam Terpadu Izzuddin memiliki ciri khas dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an serta siswa-siswa telah memiliki hapalan Al-Qur’an. Tidak hanya siswa, guru juga memiliki hapalan Al-Qur’an. Sekolah-sekolah Yayasan Ma’had Izzuddin mengalami perkembangan di beberapa bidang seperti, perkembangan segi bangunan dan sarana prasarana, perkembangan tenaga pengajar dan siswa, prestasi akademik maupun non akademik serta perpaduan kurikulum diknas dan kurikulum Islam Terpadu
