Abstract

This research aims to explain the Implementation of Article 34&35 of the Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 on the Family Resilience Coordination and Cooperation by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative research method. The data source is collected through primary and secondary data using the techniques of direct interviews and documentation. This research refers to the policy implementation model theory by Charles O Jones that has three aspect, which are Organization, Interpretation, and Application. The findings show that the Implementation of Article 34&35 of the Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 on the Family Resilience Coordination and Cooperation by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province hasn't been going well because there are still some problems found. Which are, it doesn't have an execution mechanism, lacks socialization from the Province to the Regency, the Regency doesn't know the Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 so the activity and coordination meeting has not been executed, cooperation with the related institution hasn’t been going well that makes the effort of Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province in coordination and cooperation are not yet optimal.
