Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine !he influence of independent variables namely mudharabah financing, mwyarakah financing, finan cing to deposil ratio (FUR) and non performing finance (NPF) on the level of profilability as the dependent variable of islamic commercial banh in Indonesia for the 2015-2017 period using the return on equity ratio (ROE) partially and simultaneously. Through the purposive sampling method, 88 data sample including 8 Islamic commercial banks using quarterly 1 to I V financial reports for 3 years. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypolhesis tesling stalis tical t-test, statistical t-est, and coefficient of determination. Theres ults of this study indicate that mudharabah financing has a positive and significant effecl on profi1 ability. While musyarakah financing, financing 10 depositratio (FDR) and non performing finance (NPF) have no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneous test results show that the independent variables together affect profitability.
