Abstract
This study aims to determine the quality of excellent service in the administrative administration unit in making SIMs at Pangkalan Balai Police Station. The population in this study were all communities, amounting to 56 people. The sample in this study was taken using non probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique having a relatively small population, so that all populations were sampled during the SIM manufacturing process, amounting to 56 people. The collection of data techniques needed in analyzing this research date are documentation and questionnaires. Then the data analysis using Descriptive Statistics, to determine the quality of excellent service carried out by the general public in the process of making SIM. Based on the results of the study in could be concluded that the quality of service provided by the police in Pangkalan Balai Police Station is positive with a score of six indicators of prime service quality with an average value of : Ability 89%, Attitude 88,2%, Appearance 83,2%, Attention 85,3%, Action 85,5% and Accountability 75% with an average yield of 84,3%. The results of score interpretation for recapitulation obtained by research through data analysis are more than (≥) 60.
