Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of the probability of housewives working in the agricultural sector, namely husband income, number of children under five, age, farming experience, and land area in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data used in this study are primary data from 100 respondents with qualitative descriptive analysis methods using cross-tabulation and quantitative analysis with logistic regression model analysis tools. The land area is the most dominant factor in influencing the decision of housewives to work in the agricultural sector. The husband's income, number of children under five, and age have a significant negative effect.
