Abstract

The purpose of this reseacrh is to determine types of Pteridophyta in Tujuh Kenangan Waterfall of Pagaralam. The data was analyze with descriptive. Sampling was by cruising technique, from the center waterfall at a radius of ± 100 meters. The results of this study, researchers found 10 famili of nail plants including Lycopodiaceae, Selaginellaceae, Dryopteridaceae, Woodsiaceae, Davalliaceae, Hymenophyllaceae, Blechnaceae, Oleandraceae, Cyatheaceae, Polypodiaceae, which belong to 10 genus including Lycopodium, Selaginella, Dryopteris, Athyrium, Davallia, Hymenophyllum, Blechnum, Nephrolepis, Cyathea, dan Belvisia. Species that have been found are, Nephrolepis falcata (Cav.) C.Chr, Nephrolepis bisserata (Sw.) Schott, Davallia elegans Sw., Dryopteris sp., Athryum dilatatum, Selaginella willdenowii, Hymenophyllum sp., Blechnum orientale (Linn), Lycopodium squarrosum, Cyathea sp., Belvisia annamensis (C. Chr.) Tagawa. Based on the species, 11 species are found Nephrolepis falcata (Cav.) C.Chr, Nephrolepis bisserata (Sw.) Schott, Davallia elegans Sw., Dryopteris sp., Athyrium dilatatum, Selaginella willdenowii, Hymenophyllum sp., Blechnum orientale (Linn), Lycopodium squarrosum (G. Forst) Travis, Cyathea sp., Belvisia annamensis (C. Chr.) Tagawa. Among the 8 types of nail plants are terrestrial namely Selaginella willdenowii, Dryopteris sp., Davallia elegans Sw., Blechnum orientale (Linn), Nephrolepis falcata (Cav.) C.Chr., Nephrolepis bisserata (Sw.) Schott, Cyathea sp. and 3 types sof nail plants are epiphytic nails. The results of the research was used by LKPD on basic competence 3.7 implement classification principle to classify the plants into divisio based on morphological observation and metagenesis of plant then linked with its role in the survival of the earth and used by study tools of biologi in senior high school (SMA).
