Abstract
Retina merupakan bagian terpenting yang ada pada mata manusia. Pada Penelitian yang saya lakukan saya melakukan segmentasi pada pembuluh darah retina. Langkah pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah merubah image asli menjadi grayscale image menggunakan metode Split RGB. Hanya Green Channel saja yang diambil dan akan digunakan pada langkah selanjutnya, yaitu CLAHE. Metode CLAHE digunakan untuk meningkatkan kontras pada gambar dari image retina. Setelahnya akan dilakukan augmentai data. Image Retina akan di segmentasi menggunakan metode ResNet Convolutional Neural Network menggunakan dataset DRIVE. Metode yang diajukan menghasilkan rata-rata nilai untuk Accuracy sebesar 95.55%, Sensitivity 65.06%, Specificity 98.52%, Precision 81.21%, dan F1 Score 72.21%.
