Abstract
Jaya Abadi Motor Garage Palembang is a small and medium scale business engaged in service services and motorcycle spare parts trading.To improve competitiveness, improving service quality is carried out by increasing the knowledge of Garage employees. One way is to provide knowledge sharing systems Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).KMS was developed using the Case Base Reasoning (CBR) method and supported by the Nearst Neighbor Algorithm. This method can provide the right results for response to the problem, by calculating the level of similarity (distance) of a case with other cases based on defined attributes.In general, Knowledge Based guidelines are stored in the system. So that the Built KMS can help Jaya Abadi Motor Garage employees know the problems on motorbikes based on similarities with problems that have been solved before. With this management system, Jaya Abadi Motor Garage will be able to overcome the problems that exist in the Garage and improve the quality of its services to consumers.
