Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Profitability (ROE), Dividend Policy (DPR), Firm Size (Size) to Price to Book Value (PBV) at manufacuring in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data obtained through financial data company. The population of this study is 156 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2016 with 20 companies as research samples. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Return On Equity, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Size partially have a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value.
