Abstract
Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah cair tempe dan limbah bawang merah (Allium cepa L.) terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Pengkombinasian pupuk organik cair limbah cair tempe dan limbah bawang merah menggunakan perbandingan P0 (0% : 0%), P1 (100% : 0%), P2 (100% : 0%), P3 (75% : 25%), P4 (50% : 50%), P5 (25% : 75%). Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda jarak nyata Duncan (BJND). Kombinasi pupuk organik cair limbah cair tempe 75% dan limbah bawang merah 25% adalah perlakuan terbaik dengan rata-rata jumlah daun 26 helai, berat basah taruk 102.8 gram, berat basah akar 5.46 gram, berat kering taruk 4.01 gram, berat kering akar 0.65 gram. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pupuk organik cair limbah cair tempe dan limbah bawang merah berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan disumbangkan dalam bentuk LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) yang ada pada Kompetensi Dasar 3.1 Biologi Kelas 12 Kurikulum 2013 yang berisi Menganalisis hubungan antara faktor internal dan eksternal dengan proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada makhluk hidup berdasarkan hasil percobaan. Kata-Kata Kunci: Pupuk organik cair, limbah cair tempe, limbah bawang merah, tanaman Pakcoy, pertumbuhan. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from tempe liquid waste and Shallot waste (Allium cepa L.) on the growth of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The method used in this research is a single factor completely randomizes design (CRD) method with six treatments and four replications. The combination of liquid organic fertilizer from tempe liquid waste and shallot waste using a comparison P0 (0% : 0%), P1 (100% : 0%), P2 (100% : 0%), P3 (75% : 25%), P4 (50% : 50%), P5 (25% : 75%). The result of this research were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with duncan’s real differences test (DRDT). Combination of liquid organic fertilizer from tempe liquid waste 75% and shallot waste 25% is the best treatment on average number of 26 leaves, wet weight of shoot 102.8 gram, wet weight of root 5.46 gram, dry weight of shoot 4.01 gram, dry weight of root 0.65 gram. The conclusion in this research is that liquid organic fertilizer from tempe liquid waste and Shallot waste (Allium cepa L.) has a very real effect on the growth of Pakcoy. The result of the research will be donated in the from of student work sheet (LKPD) which is on basic competence 3.1 Biology Class 12 Curriculum 2013 which contains Analyze the relationship between internal and external factors with the growth and development process in living things based on the results of experiments.
