Abstract

Welfare Of The People Of West Papua: Balance Fund, Education Expenditure and Health Expenditure By: Fictor Amnan Azwardi; Anna Yulianita This study aims to find out how much the balance fund, education expenditure, and health expenditure is on the human development index (HDI) in the province of West Papua. The analysis technique used is panel data using time series and cross sectional methods. The results of the analysis show that the balance funds and education expenditure have a positive effect on the human development index (HDI) in the province of West Papua, while health expenditure has a negative effect on the human development index (HDI) in the province of West Papua.
