Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance on employee performance, case study of work from home system on PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data that used on this study are primary data, with 59 employees as a sample, using a sampling technique with simple random sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple regression analysis. The results of this study are work-life balance has a positive influence on employee performance. It is recommended for company to give supporting facilities to employees who work their office task at home so they can reach balance at work and personal life.
