Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Operational Cost of Operating Income and Non Performing Financing to Return On Assets at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. During the observation period showed that the data in this study distributed normally. Based on normality test, multicolinearity test, heterosesticity test and autocorrelation test found no variables that deviated from classical assumptions. This indicates that the available data is qualified using multiple linear regression equation models. Quantitative method was used in the study by using secondary data in the form of Islamic banking finansial report operating in Indonesia. Analyzed using correlation and regression techniques using statistical package for social science (SPSS) program. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The NPF, CAR, BOPO and FDR variables simultaneously and significant affect the Return on Asset in Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The results showed that car variables have no significant effect on ROA, while BOPO, NPF and FDR variables affect ROA.
