Abstract

Survival analysis is useful for analyzing data with time until the occurrence of an event. The events observed in the survival analysis are related to time which can be obtained as complete data or incomplete data. One of the methods that can be used for survival analysis is regression Cox Proportional Hazard regression Cox proportional hazard is semiparametric regression where the response variable is the time of survival. The type of disease whose cure rate can be estimated using regression Cox Proportional Hazard is coronary heart disease. Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death caused by plaque in the coronary arteries that produces oxygen to the heart muscle. The main purpose of this study is to obtain regression model Cox Proportional Hazard and determine what factors have a significant effect on the recovery rate of coronary heart patients. The data used in this study is data on patients with coronary heart disease at dr. Slamet Garut within twelve months with the start of the study starting in January 2020 and the end of the study in December 2020 with 145 patients. Factors that significantly influence the rate of cure for coronary heart disease are age, diabetes mellitus, triglyceride levels and homocysteine levels. The cure rate in patients under 45 years of age, not having diabetes mellitus, triglyceride levels below 150 mg/dL, and homocysteine levels below 10μmol/L were better than patients aged over 45 years, having diabetes mellitus, triglyceride levels above 150 mg /dL, and homocysteine levels above 10μmol/L. Keywords: Analysis Survival, Regression Cox, Coronary heart.
