Abstract

This research is based on the small decrease of PKH participants at Kecamatan Kemuning in 2015. The purpose of this reserach is to evaluate the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Kecamatan Kemuning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of descriptive research. The focus of this research is context, input, process and product. Data obtained from the primary data is through interviews with the Unit Pelaksana Program Keluarga Harapan with additional informants that RTSM receiver assistance PKH and pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan with secondary data is through the data obtained related to the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan Kecamatan Kemuning kota Palembang. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field. it can be concluded that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan in Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang 20l5 has not been done well. In terms of the context of the needs fulfilled by the Program Keluarga Harapan is sufficient to meet the needs of RTSM, the objectives of the PKH have not been well implemented. In terms of human resources inputs owned by PKH is good. The allocation of PKH funds is disbursed directly from the UPPKH central disbursement process through the post office. and the facilities owned by UPPKH have been used well in terms of process of implementing PKH not yet appropriate agenda of disbursement of aid fund in 2015 have delay twice, from accompaniment performance have enough good companion able to change mindset of beneficiaries, and in terms of supervisionsion have been quite good supervisor regularly supervise. In terms of product achievement objectives every year has not been done well because of only 2 urban villages that have decreased PKH participants from 6 urban villages. and tire impact of PKH has been going well wilh the rising level of education and health RTSM
