Abstract

The research aims to know and analize the influence of career development of PT Pertagas Niaga Jakarta employee performance. This research is using the descriptive analysis and quantitative method. The population of the reseacrh are 37 main employees of PWTT. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated technique. The data collection method used in this research is questionnaire method. The result of the study shows that the career development gives a significant positive influence for PT Pertagas Niaga Jakarta employee performance.
