Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Keuangan Daerah dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Per Kapita di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu tahun 1994-2013, yang diperoleh melalui publikasi Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK) dan BPS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang di estimasi dengan menggunakan model kuadrat terkecil biasa (ordinary least square). Pendapatan Per Kapita sebagai variabel terikat sedangkan Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, dan Indeks Kemampuan Rutin sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Per Kapita, dan Indeks Kemampuan Rutin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Per Kapita di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
