Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) menjadi salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas penyakit menular di dunia. Penyakit ini merupakan penyakit dengan jumlah kasus tertingi di Puskesmas Talang Ubi pada tahun 2018. Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP(contexs, input, process, product). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode dan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada konteks, lahirnya program penanggulangan ISPA karena tingginya jumlah kesakitan ISPA di Puskesmas Talang Ubi. Program ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan prevalensi ISPA. Sasarannya yaitu seluruh anak di atas 5 tahun. Pada input sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana tercukupi. Pada proses, belum mencukupi karena kualitas perencannan kurang. Dan pada produk pencapian program ISPA belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Program penanggulan ISPA ini belum optimal, diharapkan pihak Puskesmas meningkatkan pengawasan pendistribusian masker dan obat-obatan dalam melaksanakan program penanggulan ISPA
