Abstract

This research motivated by the number of installation violations of Campaign Props that violate Mayor Regulation Number 17 of 2017 concerning by Installation Attributes of Individual Publications, Political Parties, Prospective Election Participants, Community Organizations, Professional Organizations and Others. This study was analysed by using aspects measure of the success policy implementation according to Ripley and Franklin's theories: Compliance Levels, Smooth Function Routines, and Expected Impacts and Performance. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use a technique of in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that implementor in implementing the Mayor's Regulation Number 17 of 2017 has followed all stages in the process of controlling campaign props. Then, the implementation of the installation of campaign props for Legislative candidates can run in an orderly manner. From the results of this study, suggestions that can be given must be stricter sanctions, so as to be able provide a deterrent effect for Legislative Election participants who violate the rules.
