Abstract

The number of elderly people to date continues to increase in Indonesia. The percentage of elderly pain increased by 26.2% in 2019 from 25.99% in 2018. One of the efforts to improve the health of the elderly through elderly posyandu. However, the utilization of elderly posyandu is far from the target of SPM Kesehatan of 80% which is 13.23% in 2017. The purpose of the study was to identify factors that have an influence on the utilization of elderly posyandu services in Indonesia with Systematic Review. This research uses systematic review method. The inclusion criteria consists of participants, namely seniors registered in the elderly posyandu; Google Scholar database search, Garuda Indonesia Portal, and PubMed; publication time is limited from 2011 to 2020. After conducting a search through keyword determination with Boolean operators namely "posyandu elderly", "influencing factors / determinants", and "visit / activity", then conducted the screening process and assessment of the quality of studies and data extraction. There are 39 literature systematically studied. The results showed that family support factors (29 literature or 90.6%), knowledge (19 literature or 86.4%), attitude (16 literature or 88.9%), cadre role (14 literature or 87.5%), distance to posyandu (10 literature or 75%), education (5 literature 55.6%), employment status (3 literature or 75%), and gender (2 literature or 40%), and age (2 literature or 28.6%) the utilization of elderly posyandu services in Indonesia. Family support factors influence the most utilization while age and gender factors show the least effect on the utilization of elderly posyandu services. There needs to be a coordination function between the central government and local governments, relevant institutions and community organizations that play a role in the development of elderly posyandu.
