Abstract

PT. Golden Great Borneo is located in Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. PT. Golden Great Borneo has been mining coal with stripping ratio limit of 2.5 until 2020 with a production target of 1.170.000 tons. PT. Golden Great Borneo plans to increase its production target in 2021 to 2.5 million tons. So it is necessary to plan for the design sequence of a new mining to achieve the production target. This study aims to plan the sequence mining which includes design pit and mining disposal as well as analysis of the needs for loading and unloading equipment. sequence This mining is designed with the help of Minescape 5.7 software which then becomes the basis for making designs pit and disposal and then analyzing the needs for loading and transporting equipment that will support the designs pit and disposal that have been made. manual scheduling with the selection of mining blocks by trial and error and evaluated in order to obtain coal production with a value stripping ratio that has been set by the company, namely with a limit of SR 2.5. In the pit design, it is divided into several 50 mx 50 m blocks with strip block names to facilitate monitoring of the location of the sequence design. The Mining Sequence Design is planned to be four sequences capable of supporting the coal production target of 2,500,000 tons, the mining sequence starts from the low wall to the high wall and the opening area is 37.02 Ha. The disposal sequence design is planned for an inpit dump in the void 4 area with an opening area of 26.42 Ha which can accommodate overburden of 4,885,735.57 BCM. With a combination of fleet and haulers in each quarter as follows, Quarter 1 totals 2 fleets mining, 10 haulers and 1 fleet overburden stripping, 4units hauler. Second Quarter total 3 fleets mining, 15 haulers and 2 fleet overburden stripping, 7 haulers. 3rd quarter a total of 3 fleets mining, 15 haulers and 3 overburden stripping fleets, 10 haulers. 4th quarter total 3 fleet, mining 15 units of hauler and 3 fleet stripping overburden 10 unit hauler.
