Abstract
People's lifestyle which demands everything that can be done quickly and easily is now increasingly practical then service improvement in all kind of business such as sales sector is must to do. Nowadays there are still many companies that have not kept up with technological developments. One of them is CV. Akbar Musik. Customer service system is not too fast and not too comfortable and the service process that provided is still not optimal. So far, customers still have to come to the store and fill out the order form manually to order a custom guitar. Furthermore, marketing still uses conventional advertising media which causes increased operating costs which should have been minimized. The process of data collection, archiving and data security is also still relies on a book or paper record and is not well organized. Therefore, utilizing existing technology in this era will provide the facilities offered by the company to attract customers. This final project report will describe the making of software using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which is a philosophy design that places the user at the center of the system development process. By using this method, a Customer Relationship Management application can be obtained which can simplify, accelerate and optimize the quality of customer service.
