Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Learning Policies in Junior High School Level Networks During the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency". This study aims to determine the policy of implementing learning in junior high school level networks during the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic in Indralaya sub- district, Ogan Ilir district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of data, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques used adapted to qualitative research methods. This study uses the theory of policy implementation initiated by George C. Edward III which states that there are 4 variables that determine the success of public policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition and employee structure. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Learning Policy in Networking at the Junior High School Level During the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic in Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency has been implemented properly, it can be seen from the communication that is carried out optimally so that there is no information, sufficient human resources. , disposition or attitude of good implementers and support the implementation of the policy as well as employees who also support so that the learning policy will run well and in accordance with what is expected. The results of this study recommend that the government should pay more attention to schools located in areas categorized as difficult to access the internet network so that it can make it easier for students to access all things related to learning and can minimize the laziness that arises in students because of the difficulty of accessing the network. Internet. The government can control schools located in difficult areas through the local Education and Culture Office, which in this case is Ogan Ilir Regency, so it is hoped that with more attention from the government in this case, it can realize a better implementation of learning policies.
