Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Analysis on Employee Performance at PT Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at PT Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang using a census totaling 41 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that Job Analysis has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. PT Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang should always supervise and carry out an analysis of existing positions in the company. By carrying out a good Job Analysis, it will provide a professional attitude for employees so that the results of the performance are good and maximum, so that the company's targets can be achieved.
