Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting information system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness on accounting information system user satisfaction. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population and sample in this research are 35 employees who work in the finance department at PDAM Lematang Enim, both at the central office or at the branch office. The hypothesis used multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS Version 25.0. The result of this study accounting information system has an affect on accounting information system user satisfaction. Information quality has an effect on accounting information system user satisfaction. perceived usefulness has an effect on accounting information system user satisfaction.
