Abstract

This study identifies the influence of social capital antecedents on knowledge sharing behavior by utilizing social media as moderation. using the quantitative method, data collection using questionnaires, a sample of 105 people who were randomly selected from the employees of the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. In data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling technique and assisted by SmartPLS application to test hypotheses. This research has succeeded in building a research model construction in investigating the variables that influence the behavior of sharing knowledge to improve employee performance at the Office of Public Workers and Spatial Planning, South Sumatra Province.
