Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence by analyzing the effect of work burnout and organizational culture on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UIW Bangka Belitung employees. This study uses purposive sampling with a population of 377 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Bangka Belitung where a sampling of 105 employees specialized in generating, transmission and distribution. The results of the questionnaire were processed using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work burnout variable has no significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Bangka Belitung. While the organizational culture variable has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Bangka Belitung. The impact that occurs can grow habits and good professional relationships is also a manifestation of the sincerity of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) to work and strive in harmony with the philosophy, vision, mission, and corporate values that have been mutually agreed upon can improve performance and support the progress of the company
