Abstract

This study aims to determine the community perception of the implementation of the belanger traditional in the village alms rituals in Muara Dua Subdistrict, Prabumulih Timur District, Prabumulih City. Informans in this study as many as fourteen people obtained using purposive sampling techniques. This research used are documentation, interview and observation techniques. Data validity tests used include credibility test, transferability test, dependability test and comfirmability test. Data analisis techniques used area data reduction, data presentasi and conclusion persentation. Based on data analysis, it is known that the people of Muara Dua Village have a positive perception of the implementation of the traditional belanger traditional in the village alms ritual. Then, this can also be proven from the five indicators of the impelemtation stages which are still being carried out and well accepted by the community.
