Abstract

This study aims to determine the student’s learning motivation of SMA Negeri 2 Plakat Tinggi during online learning. This study was a quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected was using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement model. The samples in this study were students of class Xl and Xll which were amounted as 68 students taken by simple random sampling method. The data was analyzed with percentage. The results of this study indicated that learning motivation which were included 4 aspects, namely aspects of encouragement to achieve something (66.17%), commitment aspects (73.53%), initiative aspects (66.17%), optimistic aspects (75). In general,this study showed that students of SMA Negeri 2 Plakat Tinggi grade Xl and Xll already had a good learning motivation during online learning
