Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan dimetil eter dengan kapasitas 144.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri tahun 2023 di Teluk Terate, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia dengan luas area sebesar 4 ha. Proses pembuatan dimetil eter mengacu pada US Patent No. US2017/0088495 A1. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor multitube fixed bed dengan menggunakan katalis pada temperature 250oC dan tekanan 20 atm. Untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan line and staff dengan total karyawan 148 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Dimetil Eter ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 32.311.835,74 • Selling Price per Year = US $ 458.354.520,032 • Total Production Cost = US $ 386.567.596,13 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 16.716.360,91 • Pay Out time = 2,53 tahun • Rate of Return = 74,98 % • Discounted Cash Flow = 95,33 % • Break Even Point = 36,7932% • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci : Dimetil Eter, Analisa Ekonomi, Pabrik, Spesifikasi Peralatan
