Abstract

The authority of “Shoot at” having member of POLRI. Sometimes use in wrong way. How is the govemment ordinance about “the shoot at” having by this member POLRI? And how if this must application happen to the authority? The rule about criminal responsibility of those POLRI member in case of “shoot at” authority keep in PERKAP No. 1/2009 section 8 and 9, and as for with P P No.2/2003 abot Peraturan Kapolri No. 1/2009 properly arranged well. After the investigation if the POLRI member proven to be done the miss application not us well as true procedure so the POLRI member agree to Peraturan Disiplin POLRI section 7-13 will get the section according to the KUHP.
