Abstract

This research attempt to measure PT Bintang Artha Cemerlang’s performance using Balance Scorecard method. The research at PT Bintang Artha Cemerlang. The total sampels of the research were 44 customers and 55 employess. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis were financial ratio analysis (net profit margin, return on investmen, return on equity dan assets turn over) for financial perspective, customer’s perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective as well. The research result show that the company performs well in the four perspectives.
