Abstract

Pabrik Pembuatan Biodiesel berkapasitas 300.000 Ton/Tahun ini direncanakan didirikan tahun 2023 berlokasi di Kecamatan Pelayangan, Kota Jambi, Provinsi Jambi dengan luas area 9 Ha. Proses pembuatan Biodiesel ini mengacu pada US. Patent No. 9.701.916 B2. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor trickle bed, menggunakan katalis pada temperatur 100°C dan tekanan 3 atm. Untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan yang dipilih adalah line dan staff dengan total karyawan 96 orang. Pabrik Pembuatan Biodiesel ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 17.284.050,04 • Selling Price per Year = US $ 1.640.015.435,37 • Total Production Cost = US $ 237.161.198,68 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 913.237.977,85 • Pay Out Time = 1 Tahun • Rate of Return = 52,75% • Discounted Cash Flow = 52,83% • Break Even Point = 32,42% • Service Life = 11 Tahun
