Abstract

Each regional work unit (SKPD) does the financial administration of the regency and accounting of each economic transaction that occur in the unit, to make financial statements. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of administration, accounting, and reporting financial statements in Ogan Ilir Regency, especially in SKPD Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan dan Ketahanan Pangan with Permendagri No. 13 of 2006. This study uses descriptive method, in the form of case studies. The author uses survey approach, specifically the inquiry carried out to obtain the facts of the existing symptoms and seek factual information. The result of study showed that Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan dan Ketahanan Pangan has made the administration in accordance with Permendagri No. 13 of 2006, but there are still some shortcomings in the terms of determination of officials and administration of expenses, while for the preparation of financial statements has not been fully in accordance with Permendagri No. 13 of 2006, but financial statements of Ogan Ilir Regency has presented on time so that it can be used for groups of users of financial statements for decision making, despite the preparation of financial statement is late.
