Abstract

In this time internet often used by arsonist to do his badness action, for example cyber criminal to banking, as for the example that is defalcating through bank account with medium internet. Use Internet as medium to do cyber criminal to bank felt some of arsonist as action which is spelled out members peaceful enough, because the criminal like this is difficult t o be traced. Cyber criminal t o this bank can harm State of if continuously because amount which reached not merely millions of rupiah, but can reach billion rupiah. Hence to prevent is needed role from various party, one of them is Bank Indonesia represenling Central Bank in Indonesia. On that account, a problem which is discussed in this thesis hit role of Bank Indonesia in preventing doing an injustice of defalcating through account of bank with medium internet. Accurately is substance of book which deal with writing thesis and also supported also with fleld research, hence from result of research which have been conducted, researcher conclude role done Bank Indonesia in effort to prevent doing an injustice of defalcating through account of bank with medium of internet that is releasedly various regulation which must be obeyed by banking, doing cooperation governmentally as regulator and party of police as enforcer punish.
