Abstract

Terorism is a crime againts humanity and civilization that being a threat for the nation and an enemy for all the religions. Crime of terorism is violence crime, it because in that action have a potential causing the victim and material lossed. For the first response, Indonesia govemment has issued about the subtitute forgovemment regulation laws in number 1 of2002 about eradication of terorism, which have strengthened by being the law number 15 of 2003 about government regulation stipulating number 1 of2002 becoming a law.Not only that, government through POLRI also form an Anti Terror Unit called Densus 88 and improving TNI’s quality of work to make an eradication step for terrorist. But, it ’s not enough well, caused the difficulty in knowing the terrorist network. So, it needs the cooperation from all elements of the nation, especially the society as a step to prevent the terorist movements
