Abstract
This study entitled "Social Harmony in Nusa Bali Village, Belitang III District, East Oku Regency". The research problem is how to describe the social harmony of the religious community and what are the factors that influence it. This research is a qualitative research using an ethnographic research strategy which determines the informants purposively. The unit of analysis in this study is the community, namely the Nusa Bali village community from each religion. Data collection was obtained through direct observation and documentation. The results of this study are to describe how the social harmony of religious communities in the village of Nusa Bali is analyzed using the theory of Talcott Parsons, namely Structural Functional which defines a social system that must fulfill four functional imperatives so that a society remains sustainable and balanced, known as the AGIL scheme. namely the acronym of (A) Adaptation, (G) Goal attainment, (I) Integration, (L) Latency. The results of this study are the social harmony of religious communities in daily life is well established, both in religious activities and ongoing social activities. The factors that influence the occurrence of social harmony in religious communities include inclusive communication, increasing public awareness of the importance of brotherhood, high community solidarity and the existence of legitimacy from the village government and community leaders. In its life, the village of Nusa Bali has fulfilled the four functional requirements of the social system so as to give birth to a balanced and sustainable community life that lives in a frame of harmony.
